OK TOOLS provides browser-based file utilities, including image compression, PDF editing, PDF merging, and PDF to Word text extraction. Most processing happens locally in your browser. Point packs and checkout may be used for future paid features, higher-volume usage, or account-related services.
3. User Responsibility & Compliance
You are responsible for the files you process and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws. Do not use the service to process, create, distribute, or conceal illegal, infringing, harmful, or abusive material.
4. Account Security
If you create an account or purchase point packs, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Activity under your account is treated as your own activity.
5. Points and Tool Availability
Tools are currently free to use unless a page states otherwise. Point packs are credited to your account after successful checkout and may be used for future paid workflows. We may add, remove, limit, or change tool functionality as the product evolves.
6. Modification and Termination
We may modify or discontinue any part of the website or tools at any time. We may restrict accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass limits, or violate these terms.
II. Privacy Policy

For the core browser tools, files are processed locally in your browser and are not intentionally uploaded to our servers. Some account, support, analytics, or checkout features may communicate with our servers, but the local tool files are not required for those flows.

If a paid feature is introduced and we fail to provide access for an extended period due to a confirmed service issue, you may contact support for a review. Any refund or credit is handled case by case.
3. Dispute Resolution
If you believe an order, point balance, or payment status is incorrect, submit a support ticket with the order ID and payment method. We will review available records and respond as soon as practical.
