What can I try for free?
Choose files, edit images, annotate PDFs, and review your work without spending points. Image tools and PDF to Word prepare a result before download. The PDF Editor lets you review pages and annotations before exporting.
When are points deducted?
A final image or Word document download costs 10 points. In the PDF Editor, exporting a PDF costs 10 points for the document, including when you export selected pages. Batch image downloads cost 10 points per output file. Sign in with enough points to download your result.
Do my files leave my device?
Image and PDF processing happens in your browser; source files are not uploaded for processing. Background removal may download a model on first use. Account, payment, support, and analytics features still use network connections.
Can I edit existing text in a PDF?
The PDF Editor adds text and other annotations on top of pages. It does not rewrite existing text. Annotations are flattened into the exported PDF. To reuse selectable text in another editor, try PDF to Word.
Will PDF to Word preserve the original design?
The converter extracts selectable text into a Word-openable .doc file. It does not preserve images, tables, fonts, or page layout, and it does not perform OCR on scanned pages. It does not produce a native .docx file.
Are edits saved if I close the page?
Your editing session stays in the current browser tab. Download the finished file before closing or refreshing the page. Edits are not saved as a project in your account.
Why is a large file slow to open?
Processing uses your device’s memory and processor. Try fewer images or a smaller PDF, keep the tab open while processing, and close other memory-heavy tabs. Image Studio scales very large images to its editing limits.
How do I report an issue?
Open a support ticket with the tool name, your browser, file format and size, and the steps that caused the issue. For a payment or balance issue, include the order ID. Avoid including sensitive source files unless support needs them.
